THE CONDITION OF UNION MUST BE FULL MULTI-PARTY ELECTIONS, with the breach of that condition resulting in automatic independence of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Tibet, until full multi-party democratic elections are re-established. The right to independence exists once democratic republic federative union system opportunity is denied/obstructed three or more times and/or over long period of 10 or more years.

People's Republic of China (PRC) and Republic of China (ROC) must organize united elections for the United Democratic Republic Federation of China (URC) with the free ROC multi-party elections in 2024 and next elections, or go their separate ways allowing ROC to become Taiwan, an independent democratic nation and at a later date decide democratically to reunite or not with Plebiscite in PRC and ROC/Taiwan.

Republic of China (ROC) is part of the People's Republic of China (PRC) regardless of its Regime.
