OPERATION DEMOCRATIZATION: SYSTEMIC unequal citizen/member-state rights/unions, manipulation of election rules, manipulation of number of representatives, reduction of turnout, fraudulent campaign, fraudulent vote counting, systemic constitution violating democracies, non-independent judiciary, non-independent election organization, supposedly (un)constitutional monarchies/theocracies, non-constitutional absolute monarchies/theocracies; civilian/military dictatorships; one party dictatorships.

Investigations/research, as of Indiana University and Brazilian Congress CPI, show politicians, as Brazil President with estimated +30% social media farm bots, +human bots (+10 accounts), with fake negative/positive news spam to targeting specific groups, specially in last 24 hours of election, to avoid chance of defense, with premeditated intention to cause damage and change election results.

Social media for-profit enterprises (mainly Twitter, Meta/Facebook/Whatsup/Intagram, Google Search/Youtube) profit from fake profile/fake news spam/mass spread. They do not have economic interest in removing or checking real identify of fake bot accounts, becoming also responsible for the damage, including election results, resulting in economic damage, health damage, as in a pandemic. It reaches level beyond the enterprise and leadership capacity to pay, in addition to assets of the direct causers of damage using fake accounts and fake news to achieve power/economic goals.

Global and National citizens affected must receive a share holding position of 5-20% and in a Global Holding as compensation, avoiding economic disruption. In addition all social media must verify by scanned national identification and biometric verification individual and organization accounts. Fake news at first must be tagged as dubious and counter defense attached, protected under freedom of expression rights. Once there is repetition of 3 or more times and damage is objectively proven, right of defense guaranteed, it can be removed as damaging propaganda or harassment, with damage/reimbursement and premeditation/fine objectively proven.

It is Public Health Crime Against Humanity to promote pandemic. Responsible leadership must be removed from office to house arrest and pay for damage with personnel assets. There must be Mandatory Global Multiviral Annual Vaccination with bio-pass enforcement at borders and vaccination of non-vaccinated on the spot.

Leaders and members of notorious ''big center" ("centrão"), also known as "big gang" ("quadrilhão") are responsible for 2015 coup, 2018 fraudulent/coup election and vote selling corruption schemes (members in legislative, executive and judiciary branches).

Brazil presidential coup victim PT party/Dilma Roussef has the right to return to office to serve remaining 2,5 years and Brazil presidential election coup/fraud victim PT party/Fernando Haddad has the right to serve 4 years. PT party/Lula Silva also victim of collusion/coup of judges with damaging / illegal / unconstitutional removal of ministry position and from presidential candidacy, has also the right to serve, in agreement with Dilma and Fernando as president, vice president and/or minister in both governments. PT party has the right to have their best voting candidates appointed to 51% of seats in house and senate with remaining 49% from candidates/parties not participating in coup, election fraud and big-center-gang corruption schemes. Legislative/judiciary-coup against executive election winner in 2014 for alleged unauthorized deficit expansion of less than 10% was then followed by deficit authorization expansion of over 200% to benefit coup leaders that were also leaders of corruption scheme led by legislative majority, so called "high/low clergy of big center" ("alto/baixo clero do centrão") not by executive (right wing favor-for-favor coalition) as pointed out by Congress/Press/Federal Police investigations as of who appointed corrupt executives that misappropriated public funds; Removal of candidate in new election for executive in 2018; National/foreign last 24 hours targeted faking/spamming/trolling social media fraudulent campaigns; National/Foreign interference/finance in campaign with exchange (quid-pro-quo, favor-for-favor, give-and-take, tit-for-tat, toma-lá-da-cá) compensation given after election.

Resulting 2018 President of Brazil staged acts, as in marches for dictatorship or viral beach water agglomeration with supporters, in relentless campaign for survival of fittest is eugenic genocide, adding blocking isolation/vaccination, public health crimes.

Fraudulent campaign for election and against isolation, masking, lock downs, vaccination is eugenic genocide and public health crime. Brazilian president sabotaged with public opposition, lack of action, action against tracking, isolation, masking, testing and vaccination.

Election can be nullified, elected can be Removed, Impeached or Recalled. Separation of powers and sovereignty of people determine voting citizen trial recall, unless when there is continuous, systematic loss of life with substantial unrepairable damage and crime against humanity, allowing judiciary and/or legislative removal.

Fraudulent campaigns for election, dictatorship and against tracking, lockdown, isolation, masking, VACCINATION, in addition to administrative obstructions; public health crime; eugenic genocide; blocks, blocks, blocks,then says he is not blocking, then pretends to be helping, then says its not going to work, then offers alternate unproven unscientific solutions, then blocks again, creating obstruction administrative games, until partially compelled by Supreme Court, then new cycle begins.

Some examples of administrative obstructions include unused funds for testing, overused funds for chloroquine/vermin killers, suspension of vaccine development because of suicide of placebo patient, suspension of acquisition of syringes, attempt to acquire syringes from competing state government vaccine development, acquisition of all vaccines of state, delay of vaccination, failure to supply oxygen run outs with 4 days of notice, systematic bureaucratic block/delay of vaccines etc.

Pandemic eugenic genocide targeted at more vulnerable populations as low income indigenous peoples, majority black/brown/miscegenated living in crowded shanty towns ("favelas"), old, genetically/physically impaired. Striving for survival of the fittest, genetic cleansing, generating supposed higher immune capacities.

Devastation of natural vegetation/forests to destroy sustainable/cultural economies, replaced by mass production agriculture/cattle with use of toxic pesticides/hormones. Approval of pesticides prohibited in European Union and United States, allowing chemical companies to unload unsold inventory in Brazil.

The defeated candidate to the presidency of Brazil in 2014, the elected vice-president and the candidate elected in 2018 were leaders of successful collusion to remove the elected president with a "white coup" ("golpe branco", appearance of legality), alleging accounting budget unauthorized expenditures, but later approving public deficits over 3 times superior.

Also conspired to remove front runner in polls of the next presidential election, with responsible judge being offered a position in government as minister, combining all executive justice agencies, later a position in the supreme court and the deal was actually delivered, with judge that removed front runner of election taking minister position from the winner of election.

In 2015 Coup, President Dilma Roussef was removed from office for allegedly unauthorized raise in public deficit from R$55 billion to 60 billion. Coup participants then raised deficit immediately post-coup to 170 billion in 2015 to 670 billion in 2020 with exchange of funds/positions for congress votes.

Notorious corruption schemes being organized by private public contractors and congress leaders of the so called "Big Center" or "Big Gang". Fraudulent election in 2018 with removal of front runner by collusion of candidate with judge that removed unlawfully/damagingly, with foreign/fraudulent campaign funding and social media fake/troll schemes.

Brazilian president elected in 2018 has support among citizens with similar line of thinking. It's not his fault that his election was confirmed or unchallenged until now and that he is not yet removed. He admits publicly most damages/crimes, but was not removed so far, while there is evidence but nothing is done, so he continues on, fault is of judiciary/legislative that do not remove him or initiate a recall from citizens.
