NORSID CASE: Notorious Repeated Systemic Institutionalized Damages.

OPERATION DETOXATION: against advertising of lethal substances in/out of multimedia content and omission of health systems over voluntary suicidal abuse of lethal substances by not testing or pricing it.

ACCUSATION: inclusion of acusation available for certified prosecutors and any citizen using email jusistem (at) jusistem.com; Notorious Repeated Systemic Institutionalized Damages; cartelization/trustification of the drug, health and multimedia industry with abuse of economic and political power; non-application of basic medical technology to prevent advertising and voluntary abuse of substances; against omission and incentive of health systems to voluntary abuse of lethal substances easily avoidable with tests and economic incentives, as discounts in monthly fees and taxes; non-application of Mandatory Protocol for Prevention and Preservation of Permanent Life (www.mesistem.com).

DEFENSE: inclusion of defenses available for accused, certified defenders and any citizen using email jusistem (at) jusistem.com:

Individual freedoms, including freedom of expression and to commit suicide, justify the right to advertise and use lethal substances; economic/political power financed by free willing consumers.

JUDGMENT: inclusion of judgments available for open certified judges and jury citizens using email jusistem (at) jusistem.com; Global Order to Stop/Repair Damage; notorious repetitive systemic evidence of damages.

Global Order to Stop/Repair Damage served to national/international judicial systems to be locally and internationally enforced, directly and immediately or by opening a local/international judicial process to be concluded in no longer than one year.

Notorious repetitive systemic evidence of damages; systematic advertising/incentive to a suicidal act generates co-responsibility over damage, including lethal substance abuse of any nature; restitution proportional to caused damages using the gains obtained by non-application of prevention and preservation of life protocol, generating damages from propaganda of lethal substances; non-voluntary reparation will be increased by a fine of ten times, to be requested from national police that have the right to act based on international judicial systems; in case of refusal from national justice system agents, they can create a parallel process of investigation, prosecution, defense and judgment in 1 year maximum, with them becoming co-responsible for damage above this period; Permanent Life Preservation and Prevention Protocol to be applied immediately.

Immediate application of the Global Mandatory Permanent Life Prevention and Preservation Protocol defined below and at www.mesistem.com; minimum of US$10k (multimedia writers, producers, producers and distributors) and US$100k (advertisers) until the total income of any nature obtained from content with lethal substance advertising (including alcohol and tobacco) inside or outside of entertainment or information content distributed by mass media with minimum doubling with each recurrence; Fine of 10 times if Jusistem and/or International Justice and/or National Justice have to seize the assets of the causers of the damage; 3% of the total will be collected by Jusistem and 2% by the National Justice and Security if it has to be used; Economic Process (presenting accusation/defense/judgment to consumers, investors, suppliers and/or workers), Social Process (to social circle of family and friends), Election Process (to voters for elected positions) and Administrative Process (to organization internal disciplinary process) are promoted while causes/causers of damage are not corrected/replaced and damage is not stopped/recovered; removal from management, seizure of 80% of the shareholding and personal property of controlling shareholders/owners and executives of the cartel/trust drug, multimedia and health industry, 20% of non-controlling shareholders and 20% of controlling shareholders in the competitive industry.

PREVENTION

1-Prevention of use of inside/outside content mass media for lethal substance abuse propaganda, defined as systemic for income or empowerment and not for freedom of expression, with restitution for damage, fine for premeditation, asset seizure, activity stoppage and home arrest for danger, without previous censorship or reduction of freedom of expression.

2-Prevention of substance abuse, with elimination of causes, macro/micro fluid exams and biometrics mandated by organizations to its subordinates for productivity, long term profitability and humanitarian reasons, with restitution for damage, fine for premeditation, asset seizure, activity stoppage and home arrest for danger, without previous reduction of freedom of initiative and organization.
