HOW IT WORKS

1) Citizens become members with application or agents with theoretical/practical qualification, using non-lethal weapons, documenting actions audio-visually, having transparency, receiving financial and communication monitoring.

2) Jusistem policemen work part/full time on demand or when they witness rights violations in their independent daily lives.

3) Violation of rights between members are resolved with direct judicial process with designation of Jusistem investigator, prosecutor, lawyer and judge: only have to prove damage, premeditation and danger to demand compensation, fine and/or house freedom restriction.

4) If the accuser/accused are not members, don't accept process/sentence or demand/demanded by outside system: Jusistem will act in administrative (internal/external organization), civil/criminal (state justice), moral (family/friends) and/or self-defense (effective protection) processes.

5) Protected Human Rights: Health, Education, Security, Freedom of Expression, Initiative, Organization and Competition.

6) Compensation and Fine: Proportional to economic, psychological and physical damages to the victim, and assets/income of the aggressor.

7) Open or closed house restriction: proportional to the risk/damage of possible recurrence, audiovisual electronic monitoring, with educational and productive activities, with bars added internally to the residence when convicted for violation of physical integrity.
