HOW IT WORKS

1) Citizens become members with application or agents with theoretical and practical qualification, use non-lethal weapons, document audio visually actions, have transparency, make and receive personal financial and communication monitoring.

2) Jusistem policemen work part-time or full-time on demand or when they witness rights violations in their independent daily lives.

3) Violation of rights between members are resolved with direct judicial process with designation of Jusistem investigator, prosecutor, lawyer and judge.

4) If the accuser or accused are not members or do not accept the process or sentence and use the state system, becoming no longer members, or if the state system interferes, will defend members or accuse non-members in the state system.

5) Human Rights: Health, Education, Security, Freedom of Expression, Initiative, Organization and Competition.

6) Damages and Fine: Proportional to economic, psychological and physical damages to the victim and assets/income of the aggressor.

7) Open or closed house arrest: proportional to the risk/damage of possible recurrence, audiovisual electronic monitoring, with educational and productive activities, with bars added internally to the residence when convicted for violation of physical integrity.
